[artwork/transcode] Adjust transcode.c so it can take care of artwork
...
rescaling, meaning we can do without parallel ffmpeg interfaces.
This also moves artwork rescaling from libswscale to libavfilter, which
seems to fix a problem with PNG rescaling.
