* add backupHours option and many debug messages

* Cleanup debug messages, add backupinfo

* Add full path to remove log message

* Put backupcheck after config init, check proper backuppath

* Handle absolute backuppath, check access in checkBackupCapability, seperated expired files check to function, more message edits, serverwarnings

* Revert fallback to default backuppath

* Cleanup checkBackupCapability and messages

* add WebDAV messages
