c824de1bb1 Use PTY if python is available 
Problem: starting bash with -i will only make the current shell interactive, but not further sub shells (if you switch user for example). 

Fix: Use a PTY

Having a global reference for InstallModuleChildProcess isn't actually required since this is javascript.
Take the substring that doesn't include the version tag, so "require" can find the module
Fixes #631
