Embed manifest in FireflyShell to avoid compatibility dingus on vista, switch execute method in starting and stopping services from CreateProcess to ShellExecute to allow the annoying f-ing UAC permissings thing to pop up.

Split startup options for service and applet. Toggle service state between "manual" and "auto" rather than "disabled" and "auto".

Update nsi to include svcctrl.exe, update service code in shell to execute the svchelper rather than relying on having admin rights.

Don't bother with any of the timeout business if the state has
actually changed. Stops release builds incorrectly displaying
errors claiming that the service has failed to start/stop.
