extend POST /users/:id
...
Now you can set a password for a user while the server is running,
e.g. via the following command:
```shell
curl \

-d '{"update": {"password": "asdf"}}' \
--unix-socket /var/lib/moonfire-nvr/sock \
http://nvr/api/users/1
