Scott Lamb	42fe054d46	make GET /api/ return current permissions ... This is useful for e.g. deciding whether or not to present the user admin UI in navigation. Scott Lamb	163eaa4cf9	support username properly in POST /api/users/:id ... I mistakenly left this out. Also, fix the behavior if something is forgotten. Before, it'd silently ignore it.
