PutObject: object layer now returns ObjectInfo instead of md5sum to avoid extra GetObjectInfo call. ( #2599 )

From the S3 layer after PutObject we were calling GetObjectInfo for bucket notification. This can
be avoided if PutObjectInfo returns ObjectInfo.
