Fixes potentially infinite allocations, especially in FS mode,
since lookups live up to 30 minutes. Limit walk pool sizes to 50
max parameter entries and 4 concurrent operations with the same
parameters.

- Implement a new xl.json 2.0.0 format to support,
this moves the entire marshaling logic to POSIX
layer, top layer always consumes a common FileInfo
construct which simplifies the metadata reads.
