add support for specific error response for InvalidRange () 
fixes 

AWS S3 returns the actual object size as part of XML
response for InvalidRange error, this is used apparently
by SDKs to retry the request without the range.

fix: consistent replies for incorrect range requests on replicated buckets () 
Propagate error from replication proxy target correctly to the client if range GET is unsatisfiable.

36e51d0cee Add GetObjectNInfo to object layer () 
The new call combines GetObjectInfo and GetObject, and returns an
object with a ReadCloser interface.

Also adds a number of end-to-end encryption tests at the handler
level.

bccf549463 server: Move all the top level files into cmd folder. ()
