Harshavardhana 74b3d092f2 Now MinioAPI handles Content-MD5 set during putObject() 
- This change also facilitates proper error response
    in case of md5 mismatch or corruption
  - TODO a test function needs to be implemented

Harshavardhana 596eeb097e Move from fmt.Errorf to errors.New 
In many cases fmt.Errorf is good enough, but since
error is an interface, you can use arbitrary data
structures as error values, to allow callers to
inspect the details of the error.
