      - GetObject() --> renamed to GetObjectReader()
      - Deleted stale objectwriter.go, renamed donutwriter.go to object_writer.go

Simplifying, and documenting codebase further

- This change also facilitates proper error response
    in case of md5 mismatch or corruption
