tests: Fix a bug in TestObjectAPIIsUploadIDExists. (#1375)

Browse Source 
The following code crashes when upload ID does not
exist, since we are setting err == nil when we find
err == errFileNotFound.

```
if e == nil {
   t.Fatal(e.Error())
```

Fix it.
