Update compression README.md (#7823)

- Snappy is not and RLE compressor, it is LZ77 based.
- Add `xz` as a common file type.
- Add most common media container types.
- Never heard of `application/x-spoon`. Google turns up a blank as well.
- Change link to minio blog post on compression & encryption.
