[PATCH] tpl/tplimpl: Improve embedded opengraph template ...

Changes:

- Add tags per documentation
- Prefer site.Title over site.Params.title
- Plainify titles, tags, and descriptions
- Add fallback values for locale
- Fix pages related by series
- Improve readability
